    Good afternoon! I purchased your theme, but errors occurred while importing the standard theme. As a result, the theme was not completely copied and does not look like it was on the preview.

    Errors:

    [WARNING] Failed to import product_cat Uncategorized

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.

     

    Please change the shared credentials ASAP.

     

    If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.

     

    You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.

     

    Please make sure that you have activated the WooCommerce and other theme required plugins as listed on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

    I don’t have credentials to change it here so I have asked forum admin to do it which may take some time.

    In the meanwhile, please change it at your side.

    Just visit the above path on your website and install the plugins as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    It seems you have activated the WooCommerce plugin after importing the demo content which won’t have any effect so please first activate all plugins and then import the demo content.
