Message error: “There was an error updating WPBakery Page Builder”
Hi I purchased the gillion theme and installed the plugin written above. Now I have to update the plugin but it gives me the error message written in “” above. How can I do? WordPress 4.9.8. Everything else works. I paid and I want assistance. The plugin support says to ask you. I await your reply. Thank you.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins
We will update the plugin in the future version of theme.

Shufflehound teamOK thanks. Now I have a problem. I set the magazine theme, and in the menu before there were the other pages / categories. Now there is only the menu item. The other pages from where I set them / recover? They are configured but do not appear.

You have to configure the site navigation on your site.
Please refer the theme documentation as displayed in the attached screenshot to configure it.
