    Hi Shufflehound team,

     

    I have updated my page’s hosting and when I did something happened with my website fonts. This had happened at the beginning with my website also, but you guys instructed me to add the css to my style.css sheet which fixed the issue originally.

    I tried doing it again, but this time nothing happened. Please see this page http://recliqwp.simplecan.com and compare the fonts to this page http://recliqwp.simplecan.com/about-us/ can you help me figure out how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

    Yes as you have said please use the solution posted in the following topic and then clear the cache from W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site.

    I did clear all my cache from W3 total cache, but still nothing. Any other ideas as to why this is still happening?

    Please temporary disable cache on your site so that i can troubleshoot it.

    I can see the W3 Total Cache is still enabled on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please advise.

    I can see now the same Raleway font is displaying on your shared page http://recliqwp.simplecan.com/about-us/

    I see what you are saying, but once I turned on W3 Total Cache plugin I am seeing the old font again. Please see here http://recliqwp.simplecan.com/ I have purged all cache. What else can I do to fix it?

    It seems some conflict issue with W3 Total Cache plugin.

     

    Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

    I got the credentials and i temporary disabled  W3 Total Cache plugin on your site but when i tried to reactivate it then i can’t.

     

    It seems there is something wrong on your site.

     

    Are you using multisite?

     

    Could you please check it?
