    Hi,

     

    See the following:

    When broswer this site in Chrome, IE, Bing, you will see the distant between logo and sentence -“OEM Sporting Goods Supplier” is different.

     

    Also, when broswer in iphone, you will see the sentense -“OEM Sporting Goods Supplier” messed up.

     

    Also, how to add more images in this blank area? We want to put more items beside the logo in this white blank area.

    It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your site so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    If still the issue persists then could you please share me the screenshots of the issues so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    Also, how to add more images in this blank area? We want to put more items beside the logo in this white blank area.

    To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

    We updated the theme, and the logo is gone, and the production page is gone, and the contact page is gone. All messed up!!

    WordPress 4.9.8 running Jevelin theme 4.2.0 currently

    we updated the woocommerce, and the product page works now, but, the contact us page doesn’t work still!!

    Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

     

    If still the issue persists then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I logged into your shared site and could confirm the issue on the contact us page.

     

    Please try deleting and recreating the contact us page.

     

    Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:

    define('WP_DEBUG',true);

     

    You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

     

    Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.

    Please be a bit more specific.

     

    Have you tried deleting and recreating the contact us page?

     

    Also, please try not using divider content element in the contact us page.

    We acciendently click the “reset to default button”, and the page go back to original one. Could you roll back to yesterday version?

    We don’t have rollback option so you have to configure it again.
