Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Header / Menu got lost
Hi there
I have been setting up my site for a few days now (digitalmindssociety.ch). This afternoon I noticed that the header with the logo and the menu disappeared. Under “Customize” I can still retrieve them. But they don’t appear anymore. This is not a problem related to the design of the page, but rather a bug: because even if I go back to the older revisions, the header with the logo and the menu doesn’t appear anymore. I am grateful for your support.
Best regards
Ioannis
Hi Ioannis,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Also, please make sure that you have not set Page builder header template in the theme Header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you. But I’m afraid if I install the upgrade, I’ll lose all the content I’ve created so far.
I’ve set the theme / header exactly that way. I can’t figure out why I shouldn’t set it that way, as this is the default setting for the theme.
I would be very grateful if you would take a look at the website. Maybe there is an easier way to make the header with menu and logo appear again in the theme.
Solution for this topic
I logged into your site and saw you had set the home page template to Slider Template as shown in the attached screenshot which was causing the issue so I set it to Default template to make it work.
Could you please check it now?
Thank you so much. Everything is fine now.
Take care
Ioannis
