Header template not applied to project/portfolio page

I cannot apply the header which is visible for other projects/portfolio like https://cbdfactum.com/project/cbd-factum-flavoured-oil/

Do you see, only in the one CBD Factum Oil portfolio/projects page there is no menu. What am I doing wrong? How to set also here the header template?

In the portfolio page under Page Settings -> Header -> enable the Header
