Where do I locate the settings to control where the slide up contact section stops? Right now it is covering the testimonials section when fully revealed.

It is controlled by the negative margin added to the section containing contact form as shown in the attached screenshot so you can just change that negative margin to change its position.
I have checked the numbers section and the contact section for a negative number in the margin field and there is not one. Will you have a look and show me where the adjustment is on my site?
Please follow the below steps and refer the attached screenshot.
- Visit the edit screen of your site home page.
- Edit the Section element containing the contact form.
- Edit margin field of the section.
