I want my site to look similar to this demo page without me having to import all of the demo content. Is there another way to get the template?
If not, how can I make my page full screen with no sidebar until you scroll down the page.

You can achieve this by editing the page and setting its layout to Full Width in its page settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

No, the theme doesn’t provide scrolling sidebar functionality but you can try achieving this using below solutions.

Can you explain how the magazine theme is able to achieve sidebar scroll when you click “load more”?
It is not a normal sidebar but a widgetized sidebar element of WPBakery page builder as shown in the attached screenshot.
