Hello.  I have added a WPBakery “Testimonials” element to my page.  But I don’t understand how to use it.  I can seem to add blank rows to this element (see attached screenshot jba-testimonials). But how do I add actual content, e.g. testimonial text, testimonial name, testimonial title, etc?

And on the front-end, the element appears with blank content (see attached screenshot jba-test-front).

edit: Nevermind!  I found the Toggle Row button, clicked it, and it expanded the fields.  But it would probably be nice if the fields were automatically expanded when you created a new row.  Anyway, We can consider this resolved.

edit 2: Actually, now that I’ve added 2 testimonials, and selected “Style 1” as my style.  I want to increase the size of the thumbnail image.  How would I best approach that?

    Hi @cagross,

    Thank you for your question.

To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

OK thanks for that. I am indeed a developer, so I’ll look into a custom solution.  I just wanted to check that I wasn’t missing a simple setting in Theme Options.

    We can consider this resolved.

You are most welcome here 🙂
