    Hello

     

    I have downloaded the Jevelin Corporate theme, but I would like to choose the autospot contact form (the way that it appears). But I can not find it in models, how can I do?

    You can achieve it by using & configuring the contact form content element of Unyson page builder as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    I want to make it more clear that there isn’t any autospot contact form but the contact form used in the autospot template is created using contact form content element and configured it as shown in the attached screenshots.

     

    Please advise if you have more questions.
