    Hi.

I want to customize title tags of category pages.

    Please see the attached file.

    ・Now
    <h1> Category: People</h1>
    <title>People – Gillion Multi-Concept Magazine, News, Review WordPress Theme</title>

・I want to change like this↓
    <h1> Category: People</h1>
<title>Posts about People – Gillion Multi-Concept Magazine, News, Review WordPress Theme</title>

I want to change like this for some child category pages of the specific category.
Could you tell me how to do this?

    Thank you for replying.

Maybe the pages you shared explains about how to change h1 tags on category pages.

I would like to change title tags which show on search results on Google.

For example, the title tag of https://gillion.shufflehound.com/category/guide/

is “Guide – Gillion Multi-Concept Magazine, News, Review WordPress Theme” and h1 tag is ” Category: Guide”.
I want to change this title tag to “Posts about Guide – Gillion Multi-Concept Magazine, News, Review WordPress Theme”, not changing the h1 tag.
I want to change like this for all child category pages of the specific category.

    Solution for this topic

You can change the browser title by using Yoast SEO plugin as described in the below page.
