Hi,
I’ve tried to upload a .png of a logo image into the header section of my website and cannot get it to display. Nothing displays in Chrome, a missing image icon displays in IE.
If you look under the hood in the theme settings you’ll see that the preview thumbnail image shows just fine.
Can you tell me what’s going on so i can fix it?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Could you please try deleting and resetting the log?
Also could you please share me the logo image URL from your site so that I can help you?

Shufflehound teamPlease see the site again. There should be an image in the top left of the screen in the header.
When I change that logo to an image in the REVSLIDER directory it shows with no problem.
Any ideas?

Here’s something i found in the after inspecting the element in the header
there was a failed image load.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (URL Rewrite Module Error.)
what’s this?
Are you using IIS server?
It is server related issue so please contact your web host to resolve it.
