    Hi

    I tried all the tips to resolve the “403 error” on demo import.
    Brand new installation, latest Wp version, PHP 8.x, all plugins desactivated, folders permissions changed…
    None of them worked so far.

    Need your imput on this !

    Thank you for the login details.

     

    We have contacted to our server provider and it seems that your website IP address might be automatically blacklisted – https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/188.165.53.185 . Our hosting provider suggested that you could contact your hosting provider and ask if they can’t change the IP to non-blacklisted IP.

     

    In meantime, we have made some changes to our server which can take up to 24h. Let us know if that changes anything.

    After some investigations, my server provider just send me an answer : the IP is not blacklisted.
    With a link showing that it is not : https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a188.165.53.185+&run=toolpage

    Then we are not fully sure what is causing it as currently, we don’t see any other similar issues.

    We added multiple rules to allow your website IP connection, maybe that will improve this
