It has come to our attention that some websites are facing challenges with demo content and premium plugin installations. We are working on a solution.
I tried all the tips to resolve the “403 error” on demo import. Brand new installation, latest Wp version, PHP 8.x, all plugins desactivated, folders permissions changed… None of them worked so far.
We have contacted to our server provider and it seems that your website IP address might be automatically blacklisted – https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/188.165.53.185 . Our hosting provider suggested that you could contact your hosting provider and ask if they can’t change the IP to non-blacklisted IP.
In meantime, we have made some changes to our server which can take up to 24h. Let us know if that changes anything.
