Hi! I’d like to include a custom form including an iframe that will use our own software for sending emails. I’m currently using the Clean demo, but when I try to edit it with the WP Bakery plugin I see that I can only add blocks above the posts not below, you can see that in the attachments. Any suggestion on how to solve this?

    Hi @loopify,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Currently, you can only add content above the blog posts and not below it.

You can instead try adding the form in the footer area.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi back,

How do I add the form in the footer area? I don’t see a drop area there either.

    Solution for this topic

You can create a custom footer area and add the content in it as shown in the attached screenshots.

That will work just fine, thank you!

You are most welcome here 🙂

Hello again! I’ve tried creating a couple of custom footers for our blog, but I ran into 2 problems:

    1.  I’ve created a footer with columns, everything looks okay in the WP Bakery editor, but it looks like the column width is not respected in the live blog (I’ll attach some screenshots).
    2. When I went back to WP Bakery editor everything was blank and I couldn’t see my footer (I’ll attach some screenshots).

The number in the screenshot refers to the bullet points here.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Also, please reproduce the custom footer issue on your website.
