Hi there, I am wondering if you could look at something for us. I think we might have an issue with the theme. We are experiencing a very weird issue with the neuways.com website.
On this page https://www.neuways.com/password-tools/ once clicked ‘Generate Password’ the page itself starts refreshing and the password disappears.
I’ve created a staging page – a direct copy of the neuways.com website http://u98.fed.myftpupload.com/password-tools/ and the website doesn’t have any issue with it, it works just fine which is very odd.
I compared the plugins, disconnected and deactivated one by one, nothing seems to be working or fixing it.
I wonder if there is some sort of misconfiguration with Java on both ends?
Is this something you could look into for us, please?

Yes, I can see the Javascript error message on your shared page which may be causing this issue.
I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared website so please update it to the latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I recovered the website back to the backup I did because the new update broke my footer completely. Is there any way to update it without breaking the footer as I dont know how to fix it so it looks like the one we have now?

It shouldn’t break anything on your website If you have not edited any theme code.

I logged into your shared website and saw a javascript error is occurring on it causing the issue as shown in the attached screenshot.
The error is occurring due to the code written in the custom javascript function generateRandomTip so please resolve the error.
Providing support to the custom code is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
