    Is it possible to expand this text so it is not at narrow and long on the mobile view? This is the text on the homepage under “Why Keto” sub categories. Looks great on mobile view.

    We can see that there is generated some CSS from Yellow Pencil, which causes this issue. Here in screenshot bellow you can see exact CSS code, which needs to removed/changed. Maybe you can set it for desktop only?

    where do I go to access the HTML/CSS pages to make adjustments?

    You can use Yellow Pencil responsive mode and there tweak these elements as you like.
