    Hi,

    I’ve had issues with Jevelin in Woocommerce. Customers were not able to order on he website and it said Invalid post code, although it was a valid post code. The checkout page kept freezing after putting more then 3 items in cart. After switching theme to Woocommere Storefront and deactivating all plug ins, the issues disappeared. I have since activated plug ins again and the issues haven’t come back. Hence, it must be an issue with Jevelin theme.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.

     

    Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.

    Thanks for your reply. The theme is no longer active on our website, as a lot of customers couldn’t order. I don’t want to install it again and customers having issues, as obviously it’s putting people off. I used the latest version of the theme.

    Ok. If you have any development or staging website where we can troubleshoot it then it will also work for us to resolve the issue.
