    So it appears that your theme is not compatible with the newest version of WordPress. The exact error is below. We had to roll back the core WordPress version to get your forms working properly.

    ERROR BELOW:
    05-Oct-2020 14:48:23 UTC] PHP Deprecated:  class-phpmailer.php is deprecated since version 5.5.0! Use wp-includes/PHPMailer/PHPMailer.php instead. The PHPMailer class has been moved to wp-includes/PHPMailer subdirectory and now uses the PHPMailer\PHPMailer namespace. in etc…

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

     

    I don’t see any reference to the theme in your shared error log.

     

    The theme is working fine with the latest version of WordPress and we are using it on our websites without any issue.

     

    Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.

    Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
