How can I adjust the colors of the top bar and the buttons, etc for the Jevelin theme?

Hi @empowersho,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can change some of the elements colors from theme Styling settings.
And for others, you can change it using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
