    Hello,

     

    I have an issue with my installation.

    I don’t see any icons from font-awesome only and it’s seems google api is not loaded ( website/contact/)

    Hovewer all work perfectly in admin environment in the build phase.

     

    No error messages in console…

    Do you have any idea ?

    No it’s not solved ^^

    Please read the private information field … ^^ You have to modify your DNS to see the website… #sorry

    I can see your shared website without modifying my host file.

     

    Also I can see the font awesome icons are displaying on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please advise and share me the screenshot of the issue you are facing.

    No this one is hosted by OVH (old version) the new one is hosted by SITEGROUND. In order to troubleshooting the exercise more easier for you, i created an URL… ^^ please check the confidential field.

    I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it seems webhost related issue.

     

    Please contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue and ask whether they use any caching or CDN service causing this issue.

    I’m not sure about that… actually i don’t understand how my provider can help me because it seems to be code issue… I don’t see any error messages on chrome’s console developer tools. More, i dont’ see the js font-awesome loaded in the source code.
    Finaly, please check in the footer i see icons but it’s from another font than font awesome.

     

    Note: Same issue in the contact page for google maps…

     

    Fianly 2, it works perfectly from admin interface.

    oookaaaya super weird… it’s was SG Optimzer plugin, the reponsible.

    It’s ok now for icons problem…

     

    Do you have any idea for google maps issue on contact page ?

    Even when i disabled all plugins it doesn’t work..
