Hi @Thabit2017,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Could you please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the autoptimize cache plugin that you are using on your website?
If you still face the issue then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi.
Sorry for the delay. I had replied to your response but it doesn’t seem to have sent!
I have deactivated the autoptimize plugin but the error still shows.
I am trying to create a full site backup but it doesn’t seem to progress beyond ‘Archive Zip’. Could this be to do with the jQuery issue and deprecations?
And finally, how can I create you a temp admin user account?
Thanks
Amy
Attached is error message re backup
No, the backup has nothing to with the issue.
You can use the below plugins and grant me limited temporary login access to your website.

Hi,
Please find as requested.
Many thanks
And it’s probably worth mentioning that the same jQuery error message appears on another of my Jevelin sites: http://luxushomes.co.uk
Hoping the issue is the same so its easily solved!
I logged into your website and saw you were using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin that you don’t need to use so I have deactivated it and the issue gets resolved.
Could you please check it?
Great! Thank you š That was simple
You are most welcome here š
