    Hello,

I am using the Corporate Theme and on our About Us page I used the Landing Team 2 element.  I was made aware that our team pictures were not loading on the page.  When I disabled LazyLoad on the photo it works fine.

It seems to be happening only on this part of the page.  The images on the upper part of the page loads fine.  I included the link to the page below.  Any help or thoughts would be helpful.

    Thanks!

    Ed

    Hi Ed,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I visited your shared website and it works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please test it by clearing and temporarily deactivating the SG Optimizer cache that you are using on your website?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Yes, you can see the images because I disabled the lazyload via the WPBakery function in the template/element.

This is what happens if I toggle the images to either default or enable the lazy load.

    I will do/test the following:

Will disable and clear the SG Optimizer cache and enable Lazy Load on some of the pictures and see what this does.

I will follow up on the results.

    Hello!

As a follow up,  I did disable the SG Optimizer Supercache setting.

I enabled Lazy Load for 2 of the pictures on our About Us Page (Michael Gray and Chris Davis).

The result is the same that when Lazy Load is enabled on the picture, the image does not appear.

Let me know what our next step of sleuthing will be.   Thanks a bunch!

    Ed

It works fine for me for all images except one as shown in the attached screenshots.

Does the same happen to you?

You are not seeing Chris Davis’s image?   Your screen shot doesn’t seem to have it.

Yes, that what I am asking you.

Does the same happen to you?

Does the issue specific to only one image as other images display fine?

It is based on the settings for the image.  If I toggle the image to be default or enabled “lazy load” the image does not render. If I put the setting to disabled,  the image will render.  The image that is not being seen is set as Enabled Lazy Load.

But the image loader is displaying for all the images that means all the images use lazy loading that may be another functionality.

Could you please again deactivate the SG Optimizer cache on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Hello!

I have deactivated all of SG Optimizer.   The top row of images (Michael Gray, Chris Davis, and Lee Streu) have all had their images toggled to have Lazy Load theme default enabled.

Thank you for being patient with me.  I hope you can identify the issue.

    All the best,

    Ed

It seems you are using the a3-lazy-load plugin on your website so could you please try deactivating it?

    Hello,

I have also deactivated the A3-lazy-load from the site.  The top three have the default Lazy Load setting on the image set. (Michael Gray, Chris Davis and Lee Streu).

Let me know what you find.  Thanks

    Ed

I still see the issue on your website but it is working fine for me on my website.

This seems an issue specific to your website.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your website and could confirm the issue but I could not reproduce the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Hi.   I am working on a few new pages and it appears that almost all of the plugins have been deactivated on my site.  Is this something that was done by you in looking at the site?   I activated some as it severely impacted the front end of the site and as we are still sending people to our site for work, it isn’t a good look for the site to not function properly.

Can you confirm that this was done by you and additionally,  if once done, can we reset the site to the proper plugin setup.

    Thanks!

    Ed

    I didn’t do it.

The issue is fixed in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
