    No matter whether I use the in-built lazyloading, or using A3 or using Lazy Load by Rocket, images on my homepage below the fold are still being loaded before scrolling.

    Is there any case of this happening before, and is there any specific setting that should be used to achieve lazy loading?

    This can be due to the autoptimize plugin that you are using on your site so please try clearing its cache and temporarily disabling it.
