Hi, I purchased your template the other day. I’m having a problem switching out the lady that is holding the orange.
I used yellowpencil to edit that photo and it shows me that it has been changed when I go thought the process but when I save and refresh the page, the photo is still that lady.
I logged in through the back end of the site and the photos which are lady.jpg is the new photo I uploaded but the image on the website is still the same as the original template.
How can I get the photo to change?

You can change it by editing the page using wpbakery page builder and changing the row background image as described in the below reply.
