We just saw your theme some website and we really love it.
Cause we thought it is html / js /css pack, not wordpress pack.
Is there any possibility we could get Jevelin theme as plain html/js/css instead?

It is WordPress theme and not HTML template but you can save the HTML, CSS & JS code from shared website as described below.
