    I want to be change the background color of the header title to #af8753 on this page:  http://www.essencebeauty-spa.com/blog/

    How do I accomplish that via CSS?

    I am not sure what you are referring to as Header title on that page as there are multiple texts in the header so could you please describe it a bit more?
