    A couple of days ago my whole site bugged as i tried to open the hamburger menu on mobile. I can’t even open it.. When i go to a product page, the images don’t show aswell.. I need live support..

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    You are using an older version of the theme on your shared site so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    If i download the file does my site stay the same? as it is now or do i need to change everything again

    It will remain the same.

     

    You can take backup of your site before updating the theme so that If anything goes wrong then you can recover it.
