    Hi! We are on Jevelin 4.8.3. I have a notice added to the top of the site and it shows within the editor, but not on the site. I’ve tried clearing the cache several times and still nothing. Please advise!

    It is a pretty old version.

    Can you please try to update to the newest version 5.3.3?
