Hi. Is there a way to create an online booking system.
Like in this demo version in the bottom. Because I installed this demo, but there wasn’t online booking – it was empty.

That form is created by contact form 7 content element and not contact form content element.
To use contact form 7 content element, please install Contact Form 7 plugin on your site and create form in it then use the contact form 7 content element in the page and configure it as shown in the second attached screenshots.
