    Hi,

     

     

    I’m trying to install a mail-optin widget and it’s not working on the side bar.

     

    It says “Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID”

     

    And when I try to paste the short code in text, it just shows the text…

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Are you talking about the MailChimp Sign-Up Form widget?

     

    Please make sure you have configured it correctly in Mailchimp for WP settings.

     

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
