The first is the row with text “Accounting services starting from $50/month”, I can use that elements in the row, but the form seem to be over that row and that is the kind of implementation i need to know.
Also the row with text “Achievements in number” and also a row over that with the numbers and so.

It’s a complex structure created using WPBakery page builder so it is hard to explain.
I recommend you to import a corporate accounting demo on your development or staging website as shown in the attached screenshot and then refer it to create on your live website.
