Hi, can someone tell me, if I click Install on the Demo Content Install (I want the lifestyle layout), is it going to override all my blog content with demo content? Thanks

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes it will overwrite all your existing content with demo content so before importing demo content please take backup of your content so that in the future if you want to then you can recover it.
