I have tried on multiple mobile sources and it’s just not displaying as responsive.
It always used to look great and I’ve not changed anything.
I have the latest version of Gillion.

This is happening because you have added below CSS code on your site using Yellow Pencil Editor plugin.
#content .page-content p { margin-left: 150px; margin-right: 151px; }To resolve the issue please remove that CSS code.

Yes, you can change it just for that page but to achieve this you have to develop custom CSS code.
