    Hi support,

    I have a password protected page that is not allowing access even when the correct password is put in. The page just reloads and shows the same page with the option to put in the password.

    Could you help us fix this?

    Could you please temporarily use any default theme such as the Twenty Nineteen theme on your site and check whether it works fine?
