Hello,
Where do I set “password strength requirement” for any user that wants to register?
I would like to have weaker password than 7 letters, big letter, small letter, and special character.
On wordpress default form, I can tick a checkbox, which confirms use of weaker password. What about here on theme default login?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The login form doesn’t control password strength but the register form does where user registers and set password.
If you want to change default WordPress password strength then you can do so by developing custom code as described in the following pages.
