Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and the latest versions of the theme required plugins.
If you are still facing the issue then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

My version is 4.0 i don’t know how to update the theme without erase all my buildings.
