    Hi,

    Since the last update of the theme, I can’t edit my footer anymore with WP Bakery … I haven’t the choice on my top bar… (as you can see on the screenshot)

    Do you know how to fix it ?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Are you sure that you have created the footer using the WPBakery page builder?

     

    Please make sure that you have enabled front-end editor for the WPBakery page builder as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Hi,

    Yes, the front-end editor for the WPBakery page builder is enable, because I can modify all the others pages with WP Bakery.

    Are you facing the problem only on your website home page?

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

     

    Alternatively, you can use the below plugins and grant me limited temporary login access to your website.

    No, I’ve this problem each time I want to edit the footer. Few days ago, I did some modification, but since the theme update I can’t do it anymore…

    I logged into your website and saw Edit with WPBakery Page Builder on it as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hi,  It’s weird, when I logged with my admin ID, I can’t see the WPBakery as it shown on your attached screenshot. So I logged with another admin ID and there it’s working… Strange…

    Please check WPBakery page builder settings and your user account profile details to see they are configured correctly.
