    Hi,

I have installed Blog Demo and on the website “From Side to Side”, which is showing how the slider is working, the website looks totally wrong.

    Please check it here: https://businessparadise.co/?page_id=37

What can I do to make it work?

    Best regards,

    Krystian

    Hi Krystian,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems the misconfiguration issue of that specific Page Settings.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Please check the login details in the private section.

I logged into your site and saw the issue is with the slider that you are using on that page so I have removed the slider from that page and the page started displaying fine.

Please delete that slider and recreate it to resolve the issue.

Thank you! What I would like to achieve is to have the same looking slider on my page as you have here: https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/

How can I do that when the slider from Blog Demo Template is not working?

Turning off the slider is not a solution here 🙂

As said above, you have to recreate the slider as the slider is damaged when you edited it.

You can refer the below Slider Revolution plugin documentation to create it.

The slider was not edited by me and this is the slider installed though the “Blog Demo” template.

When I want to add a new slider based on the same template – “News Gallery Post Based”, it is asking me to register slider revolution to unlock premium features.

How can I do that with your theme to have this slider available?

The content of the demo slider here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/ and the slider on your website are different so it seems the slider is edited.

If you have not purchased the slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not a direct customer of that plugin so you can not use the built-in slider templates.

You have to either recreate that slider or import the demo content on your development or test site so that the slider will also get created.

    Hello again,

It looks like the demo slider is invalid with the new Sider Revolution. I have imported the demo two times and every time the slider is broken and not working.

I have done what you suggested and unfortunately, the solution is not working for me.

Is it possible that you can install/recreate the correct slider for me?

    Thanks for your support,

    Krystian

Could you please share me the screenshot of the demo content that you import so that I can test the same on my site?

Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Happy New Year..!!!

I could confirm it on your shared site.

To resolve this, you have to delete all the content on your website using below plugin and then import the demo content.

I have done exactly what you said and nothing has changed: https://businessparadise.co/?page_id=37

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Hello, hope that you are having a great start into the new week.

Did you have a chance to start working on the issue? What is the potential timeline to solve it?

    Best regards,

    Krystian

I have asked the theme developer about the timeline.

In the meanwhile, you can create the slider manually.

The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
