Hi,
I purchased the Jevelin theme on TF today but would like to request a refund.
The editing of basic demo content was very difficult with far too many editors that applied to different demo content.
I tried for 4 hours to get a basic edit going and trawled through your support logs extensively but couldn’t find a way.
I’ve had to abandon the theme, hence the refund request.
Could you let me know if this can be approved?

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Each demo content uses only one editor but we provide demo content versions of both editors which are WPBakery Page builder and Unyson page builder.
Have you imported multiple demo content on your website of different page builders?
You can request a refund from Themeforest where you have purchased the theme.
