Dear friends from Shufflehound,
Unfortunately I have not been able to launch the website after a couple of months of signing up to the hosting service and even buying this beautiful theme you have developed.
I have closed blueHost and WordPress accounts since we where not able to install a gateway that can connect to our bank in Ecuador. And because of many other issues with the hosting and WordPress we have decided to close our accounts.
Since I will not have access to WordPress any longer, id like to request a refund for the theme. I trust you will understand. And I’d truly appreciate your understanding.
