How do I remove INDEX.PHP and the month, yer day stamps on your template?
The reason I ask is because I tried all the mod-re write and URL rewrite rules. I followed these both processes on windows iis and apache none worked with your Word Press Template.
It severely breaks the wp jevelin web site and no links render or work, just get 404 errors.

Hi @pixlus,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It has nothing to do with javelin theme but your WordPress website installation and you can confirm it by temporarily using any default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty theme.
You can resolve it using below solutions and if it doesn’t work for you then please contact your web host to resolve it.
