    I have purchased your theme and imported the creative agency theme but there are responsiveness issues coming up after the installation. my webiste link where Ihave installed this is https://dataviu.co . please check this and resolve it ASAP.

    I visited the share site but didn’t see any responsive issue on it as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please share the screenshot of it so that I can better understand it?

    Hi team,

     

    When i open it in my laptop, you can see the screenshot there is the scroll bar in the bottom.

    And the browser is 100% Zoom as well,and I don’t think that there should be any problems to the theme with the zoom In or Zoom Out with responsiveness !

    Solution for this topic

    You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    overflow: hidden;
}
