    Hi there,

I cant get the website working on Safari 9.  It gets stuck on the page loader, when I remove the loader it doesn’t load the body content. I’ve looked at other topic but they don’t seem to answer my issue.

    Thanks

    Hi @mololeary,

I’ve found what the issue is but I will need your help fixing it.  It’s animation that stops everything loading which is also why I can’t get the navigation to work.

Hi, just wanted to see if there is a solution to this.  I’ve turned off all the animations now so it loads the website but the menu wont work on an old version of a  iPad.  I tried the option to give it the desktop menu but that doesn’t work either.  I urgently need this for tomorrow.

The menu displayed in the attached screenshot is shown by mobile-menu plugin that you are using on your site and not by the Jevelin theme.

That was on the site for two minutes because I was trying to find a solution. You can see the one from the theme is there and not working.

We have tested it on 12.1 version and it working fine for us.

Could you please tell us which iPad version are you using?

Also please try updating safari version to the latest.

As it is older browser so could you please try updating it to the latest version.
