Pages (1, 2 3 …) are showing up on GOOGLE. How do I not show up? is harming my SEO on google.

You can remove it using Yoast SEO plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ as described in the following page.

You need to add following code in the robots.txt file.
Disallow: /page/
The Disallow directive in robots.txt is about crawling, not indexing.
You probably want to implement a meta robots noindex element or the X-Robots-Tag; noindex HTTP Response header.
If I use (Disallow: / page /) it will no longer crawl all pages or only: https://www.todaylead.com/page/4/

It is for all page having /page/ in the URL.
