See attached, accroding to my browser, the word “shop” on all my product pages are wrapped in an H1 tag… how can I change this?
For SEO this is really really bad, each page sghould have it’s own unique H1 tag

No it is wrapped in the H2 tags as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure you are using below latest version of theme.
If you are still facing the issue then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying in the H2 tag so that I can troubleshoot it?

This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
