For my slider, I’d like to have all layers show on non-touch devices, however, when someone is browsing from a mobile device, have all layers show by default, since there are no hovers on touch devices.
Please let me know how I can do this.

No, the free plugin bundled with the theme does not provide you access to their support so you have to purchase the plugin license to get their support or you can contact them using their contact us form.
