i cant find not all demos in my purchased pack.

One of the demo missing is given above. We purchased theme for getting the demos which you mentioned in themeforest . But we cant find all the demos when we install themes. This is not fare. Can you please find a solution for that.

Those demos are part of Basic demo as shown in the attached screenshot so please install the Basic demo to get those templates.

while i try to install basic demo get an error like this
“cannot close the zip file”
It seems from your shared screenshot that you are using old demo installation method so instead please try using new method from Appearance > Import Demo Data as described in the below page.
