We’ve installed the template (the latest 4.0.3), and the Startup demo content, but the header image is not displaying.
Could you help us how to solve this?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your site and saw this was happening because you had not activated Slider Revolution plugin on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I have activated it now and the slider is displaying fine for me now.
Could you please confirm it?

Just one more question/problem: if we edit a page, it give us az 500 error, and the page is not available for 5-10 minutes. And one more important information: in theis case our Cpanel is offline too!
On the same hostinge we have many other site/templates, and with there sites we have no problem. Do you know what couse the problem?
It’s an editor problem?

Now we discussed with our hosting company. The problem is the ModSecurity. If we disable it off, it’s working. Do you know what is the reason why it’s conflict with the ModSecurity?

I am not sure exactly why it is conflicting.
You can ask it to your web host and they may change some ModSecurity settings.
