I have a table element in one of my pages. If the table has more than 4 columns then most of the table content disappears. I’m not sure what is happening. Can you help? Thanks!

    Hi @secondph,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure that you are using below latest version of theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

I already have the latest version of the theme. I disabled all plugins except unyson and wpbakery and the problem persists. I tested in Firefox and Chrome and both experience the issue.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Also please share me the page URL where you are using the table.

I created an admin user for you. The details are below.

Thank you for taking a look!

Thank you for sharing the site credentials but it seems the shared user account is not admin acccount so I can’t access all the functionality of your site to toruyblehsoot the issue.

Please make the shared user acccount as an admin on your site.

Also I am asking you again here that please share me the page URL where you are using the table.

I apologize. I just made sure the account has admin access. The page in question is named “Quickbooks”. The table is toward the bottom of the content. Thanks!

I logged into your site and confirmed the issue.

You are using older version of PHP on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your webhost.

Also I see some HTTPS errors in the browser console as shown in the second attached screenshot so please make sure that you have implemented it correctly.

Unfortunately, neither of these seem to be the issue. The server is now running php 7.2. The mixed content errors were due to the js_composer plugin loading google fonts over http instead of https. I updated the plugin to https and am no longer seeing the mixed content error.

I’m still seeing the problem. 🙁

I did figure out though that if I re-select the row/column type drop-down menus, then the content re-appears.

I have just tested it on your site and it is working fine for me now as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Is it started working fine for you also?

We’re still seeing some weirdness. It seems to be a page editor display problem. When we change the row/column dropdown menu to a value rather than nothing, then the content re-appears.

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Solution for this topic

The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme to the latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
